Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment issues are handled for services offered by Miltmon LLC through www.miltmon.com.

 

Miltmon LLC provides executive consulting, technical roadmap development, NDT-related advisory services, training strategy, business development support, workshops, professional program development, and related consulting services.

Because many Miltmon LLC services involve reserved time, preparation, custom review, advisory work, planning, research, or project-specific deliverables, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service purchased and the stage of work completed.

1. General Policy

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Refund requests are reviewed based on the type of service, timing of the request, work already performed, costs already incurred, and any written agreement, invoice, proposal, or statement of work connected to the engagement.

If a separate written agreement, proposal, invoice, or statement of work includes refund, cancellation, or payment terms, those written terms will control.

 

2. Consulting Calls and Technical Roadmap Sessions

For one-time consulting calls, discovery sessions, technical roadmap calls, or advisory sessions:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund review
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund
• Missed appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals may be treated as completed sessions
• Miltmon LLC may offer one reasonable reschedule when circumstances allow

Refunds for consulting calls are reviewed case by case.

 

3. Custom Consulting, Advisory, and Program Development Work

Custom consulting, advisory, technical roadmap, NDT-related review, training strategy, business development, documentation, or program development work may involve preparation, research, analysis, meetings, drafting, planning, and reserved project time.

Once work has begun, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the amount of work completed and resources committed.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Miltmon LLC may retain payment for work already performed, preparation completed, project time reserved, third-party costs incurred, and administrative costs.

 

4. Workshops, Speaking, and Training Support

Refunds for workshops, speaking engagements, training support, or group sessions depend on the event terms, preparation already completed, materials developed, travel arrangements, scheduling commitments, and any written agreement connected to the event.

Deposits or advance payments for workshops, speaking, or training-related services may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

5. Digital Products, Downloads, and Educational Materials

If Miltmon LLC offers digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, training resources, or online educational materials, those purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or the digital material has been downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered if there is a duplicate purchase, technical delivery failure, or other issue that Miltmon LLC determines requires correction.

 

6. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits, retainers, reservation fees, or upfront payments may be required for certain services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and retainers may be used to reserve time, begin work, prepare materials, conduct research, or secure project availability. These amounts may be non-refundable once work has begun or time has been reserved.

 

7. Rescheduling

Miltmon LLC understands that schedules sometimes change.

Rescheduling requests should be submitted as soon as possible by email or through the website contact page.

Miltmon LLC may approve reasonable rescheduling requests when schedule availability allows. Repeated rescheduling, late changes, or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session or additional fees.

 

8. Service Cancellation by Miltmon LLC

Miltmon LLC may cancel, pause, or reschedule a service, consultation, workshop, or project due to scheduling conflicts, emergency circumstances, technical issues, nonpayment, scope concerns, client non-responsiveness, or other reasonable business reasons.

If Miltmon LLC cancels a paid service before work has begun and does not provide a rescheduling option or replacement service, the client may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled service.

 

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact Miltmon LLC first so the matter can be reviewed and addressed directly.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals may result in paused work, cancelled services, loss of access to deliverables, or additional collection efforts where permitted by law.

11. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Refund decisions are made based on the circumstances of the request, the service purchased, work completed, time reserved, and any applicable written agreement.

Miltmon LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
